چکیده
This study aimed to analyze the neuroprotective effects of various exercise intensities in a mouse model depressive behavior disorders. Seven-week-old male C57BL/6 mice were divided into control group, disorder group (RST), moderate-intensity sustained (RST_MICT), high-intensity (RST_HICT), and interval (RST_HIIT). The animal was established by applying restraint stress (RST) at 2 h/day for 14 days. Behavioral function better all groups, especially RST_HIIT than RST group. Factors related brain-derived neurotrophic factor showed higher levels groups 4-hydroxynonenal, an oxidative index, significantly lower Malondialdehyde but difference not significant. analysis serotonin corticosterone, indicators depression, revealed positive results groups. neuroplasticity-related variables c-fos glial fibrillary acidic protein more Thus, HIIT improved neuroplasticity, stress, factors model, indicating its potential preventing treating depression.

Effect of High-Intensity Interval Training and Crocin on Hematological Parameters in Doxorubicin-Induced Male Rats
Background: Doxorubicin (DOX) is an anthracyclines antibiotic and is one of the most effective antitumor drugs. However, using this drug is associated with poisoning of healthy tissues. The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes in hematological parameters of male rats exposed to doxorubicin after eight weeks of high-intensity interval training and crocin consumption. Materials a...
متن کاملThe Effects of a High-Intensity Interval Training on Plasma Levels of Orexin-A and Insulin Resistance in Overweight Women
Background and Aim: Orexin is a hormone involved inoverweight and obesity and a regulator of glucose metabolism. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) on plasma levels of orexin-A (OXA) and insulin resistance in overweight women. Materials and Methods: In a semi-experimental study, 24 overweight women (aged 20-25 years; body mass in...
متن کاملEffects of L-citrulline on Oxidative Stress Markers Following High Intensity Interval Exercises in Hypertensive Patients
Background and Objectives: High blood pressure affects nearly 30% of adults. Inactivity and low intake of antioxidants are associated with increased risks of high blood pressure and cardiovascular diseases. High intensity interval exercise increases blood pressure and oxidative stress. The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of L-citrulline consumption on oxidative stress and antio...
متن کاملTime-dependent Effects of High Intensity Interval Training on Oxygen Kinetics in Females
Background. Because VO2max doesn’t provide any detailed information about aerobic examinations Oxygen Kinetic is used for more accuracy. Long intensive and repetitive exercises with sufficient time lead to increase in aerobic parameters like kinetic absorption of oxygen. Objectives. The purpose of this study was to determine time dependent effects of short-time high intensity interval...
